1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not offer free shipping.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, please allow for an estimated 7 to 14 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees; delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@heemonline.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Heem Jewels is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Incorrect Items

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the required proof as outlined in the policy.
